I want you all to learn from my mistake! So I blended the spinach in the spaghetti sauce, and just how some of you may have already assumed - it turned green. Then when it cooked, it turned a brown green. It looked hideous! SERIOUSLY I was surprised the kids ate it. Bailey did inform me that it was Dr. Seuss birthday yesterday, so I said it was in his honor. But that didn't really help much.
